As a former teacher, I am always quite surprised when a company makes a buying decision involving a lot of money without taking the time to learn something about what it is they are buying. Take trade show booth truss systems, for example. Truss exhibits look quite cool, are are quite reasonably priced relative to other types of displays, and are sturdy as all get out. Of course, a booth that is a sturdy as truss also means that it involves some weight and that it will pack out and ship in cases that need to go via common carrier. This is an example as to the kind of thing one would want to know prior to purchasing. Your homework doesn’t end when you finish school.
